Compare the issued information
Record the drawing, specification or instruction revisions and identify what changed. Separate changed scope from work that was already included in the contract.
Build the quantity and cost trail
Measure the affected work against the agreed baseline. Keep take-off assumptions, rates, site records and programme effects with the item so another person can follow the calculation.
Raise it through the contract process
Prepare a concise record for the project manager to review against the contract notice and substantiation requirements. Project Prime can prepare and maintain the evidence; the contractor remains responsible for its contractual position.
